Kate Robson is a psychotherapist, NICU family support specialist, and the author of Something to Hold Onto (Simon & Schuster). Kate has trained in ACT, IFS, EMDR, PACT, and somatic/relational psychotherapy, allowing her to offer an integrative perspective that resonates with both professional and lay audiences.
